Dream Design Pool's principal, Rafael Pellerano is a graduate of civil engineering from the University of The Dominican Republic. Early on he specialized in pool building, merging his engineering expertise with his Caribbean, tropical feel.
Through the years Rafael has designed and built quality pools at different firms and with different partners. His ultimate goal, however, was to create his own business to be able to fully control the quality of his product. To this end, in 2008, Rafael created Dream Design Pools. He now offers his services for residential or commercial projects, always providing beautiful, yet functional pools.
